Beware of Scams
There is recent activity of fraudsters attempting to obtain payment for Planning and Zoning, Zoning Appeals, and other activities claiming that the bills are from the Town of Sterling.
The Town of Sterling will NOT email invoices for these bills to applicants, nor will the Town require you to contact us through email only or require payment through wire transfer, money order, or ACH.
If you receive an invoice by email for services related to Planning and Zoning, Zoning Appeals, Building Permits, or Inland Wetlands, please contact the Town Hall directly at 860-564-2904, extension 117.
